Whether or not you pick Brightwork, here’s what to look for on a walkthrough.
- Are crews W-2 employees, or sub-contracted gig labor?
- Is there a written scope of work, area by area, or just a price?
- What insurance and bond do they carry — and will they show the certificate?
- Who is your single point of contact when something goes wrong?
- How is quality inspected, and do you get to see the results?
- Are products Green-Seal / EPA Safer Choice, and List N where disinfection matters?
