Yes — most of our recurring work runs in the evening, overnight, or early morning so your space is ready when your team arrives. We also offer day-porter coverage for facilities that need visible daytime upkeep. We build the schedule around your operation, including weekends and multiple shifts.
Yes. Our medical and industrial crews are OSHA bloodborne-pathogen certified, trained on color-coded microfiber to prevent cross-contamination, and use EPA List N hospital-grade disinfectants with correct dwell times. We keep cleaning logs you can hand to a surveyor or auditor and assign a dedicated compliance lead to those accounts.
Both. Post-construction cleanup, floor strip-and-wax, deep cleans, and disinfection can be booked as one-time projects. Many clients start with a project clean and move to a recurring program once they see the difference. Project work is quoted per square foot or per scope.
